Overheard in a CS pedestrian walk

Guy1: "I think Spanish. I mean...if you travel around the world, there are so many of the French colonies, blablabla..."
Guy2: "What about Portuguese?"
Guy1: "Heh. One country."
Yeah, I don't understand either.

But anyhow, Portuguese, as in the language, sounds romantic to me, even more than French.

Ah, blame it on the Samba, the Bossa Nova, and the Brazillian jazz. But then, there are the beaches, the Amazon, olives in everything, capoeira, Paulo Cuelho, and Pelé. A country worth exploring, no?

Well well, I didn't know that they speak Portuguese in Brazil. I thought they speak Brazilian or something =)
