Misnomer: The X-Girl Picayune

The life (or is it the lack thereof?) stories of a twenty-6-year-old grad student

Today, back to applying (and reapplying) SPF 45, to donning my Yoko Ono shade, to gulping gallon of gallon of water. Gosh, it's only 89 but it surely does feel like 95.

This week at work, not looking forward to anything, as I am rather tired of dealing with machine breaking down everytime I'm ready plotting to start experiments.

This week on family life, dear father's 53rd birthday and youngest brother's starting new student orientation at a Catholic university in Jakarta. Bro and million others high school graduates are also waiting for August 5th, the day the results to the state university entrance exam will be published. The whole family hopes it would be a dadah Jakarta, halo-halo Bandung, we'll see.

This weekend on entertainment life, The Phantom of the Opera and a visit to a Houston culinary delight that won't robbed our already ultra-thin wallets.

Comments:
it feels like 100 here.

and thanx to summer, my arms and my legs look like they belong to two different people. my arms are already three skin-tone darker than they're supposed to be.

Aih, three skin-tone darker? Those UV are viscious, really.
