I just did something I had not done in the past, oh, 7 years?
I used facial scrubber foam andapplied a certain 10% Benzoyl Peroxide containing cream all over my face. Good thing NY has it stocked somewhere beneath the mess of vanity stuff.
Hormonal episode has never gone this bad. Was it something I eat or was it that thing inside my mind? ...leaning towards the latter.
Come to think that I should be free of acne by this age.
