Yeah, same here. As off now, T-Mobile and Verizon cellphones are off, home phone lines and cable are still okay. Expect an update on the situation while I still can. A bit of a drama queen, eh?
 

don't forget to fill up your gas tank, have some cash and stock on canned-food. i wonder if i need to prepare myself some amunition too. batteries and flash-light maybe?

Things are pretty okay. Going out of here up north is a good idea, but HW-6 is jam-packed as of this moment. I would say, it's okay to stay.

We already stock most of the essentials, got the tank full, and also some cash. Except for back up batteries, those things are even harder to find than a loaf of bread. We still have candles and stuff.

You guys are to far up there, but there's nothing wrong to prepare early.
 

yes i expect a few scattered rains and that's it. but even last night there were long lines in groceries and gas stations.

do you know, by any chance, if the cell phone line in h-town is cut off? i tried to call someone and couldn't get thru.
 

Too many users trying to use the cellphones, hence the network jammed. Just keep on trying, it'll get through eventually.

we had a little rain and saturday was extremely windy. nothing other than that. nada. zero. zilch. haha. so glad :)
